About this programme
This is the next step after the New Zealand Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology) (Level 3) and will help you gain advanced knowledge of office administration and computing functions. The programme will prepare you higher level studies in the business environment or for employment as a personal assistant, secretary, word processor and accounts clerk.

This course will help you to understand how to engage and operate effectively at a range of levels throughout the organisation and with a range of people, ensuring delivery in a professional, ethical and culturally appropriate manner.

Admission information
All applicants must:

be at least 16 years old at the time the programme commences

be able to read, write, and communicate in English at a basic level

be physically able to complete the programme specific outcomes
Applicants for whom English is not a first language must have and IELTS score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5; or an accepted international equivalence.
