A New Zealand Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology) Level 3 will give you the knowledge to help take your career to the next level.

What you will learn
The administration team can be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of an office or organisation. You help solve problems before others know they exist and you keep the wheels turning. You will learn how to identify and develop solutions to common problems within the administrative function of an entity, ensuring reduced down time for the team and smooth systems.
Every business or organisation has rules that have been put in place to make sure that the entity operates smoothly and in compliance with rules and regulations. This course will help you to understand those issues and make sure that you know how to put systems in place that ensure compliance.
How to communicate clearly
Clear communication is essential in a team environment – whether you are ensuring the roll out of smooth systems, handling customer enquiries or dealing with senior managers. With a qualification in administration and technology you will learn the skills required to ensure you communicate confidently and effectively.
To be a key member of the administration team you need to know about document management. Learn about the correct format to use for a variety of documentation and how to ensure you present a quality end product that hits the mark.

All applicants must:
be at least 16 years old at the time the programme commences
be able to read, write, and communicate in English at a basic level
be physically able to complete the programme specific outcomes
Applicants for whom English is not a first language must have and IELTS score of 5 with no band score lower than 5; or an accepted international equivalence.

We offer this programme at our Kaitaia campus, with experienced tutors who can help you navigate your study. We offer a supportive and well equipped location with access to library and student support services. You will study alongside other students embarking on the same journey as you and you will have a wide network of educational experts to help you along your path to success.
You can choose to study full-time, or part-time face-to-face with us, or a combination of online and face to face to fit your individual needs.
