This programme has a strong focus on customer service as well as literacy and numeracy, to prepare you to work in tourism.

Subjects covered will include:

  • Putting together a CV.

  • Appropriate personal presentation.

  • Providing an excellent service.

  • Communication in the business world.

  • How to promote products and services.

Core skills

The development of literacy, numeracy and information technology is embedded and applied throughout the learning experience. 
This programme gives you the chance to study in a supportive environment where you get the time and individual attention you need to achieve a level 2 qualification.

Entry Requirements

All applicants must:

  • be at least 16 years old at the time the programme commences

  • be able to read, write, and communicate in English at a basic level

  • be physically able to complete the programme specific outcomes
