Learn how to fillet a fish and how to do some basic knife cuts. This class will show you how to sharpen and care for your knives.
You will also prepare:
Goujons with home made tartare sauce (show how to make basic emulsion, knife cuts of gherkins etc to be added)
Pan-fried fish with herb butter and citrus salad (segmented citrus, various knife cuts, same cut herbs as tartare for butter)
All ingredients are provided – bring yourself, some friends and laughter and learn to make new and exciting food in the first-rate kitchen facilities of NorthTec’s Apprentice Restaurant!

Make your payment to secure your place - Fees must be paid in New Zealand Dollars and can be paid online.
