Come and learn some of the secrets behind making an impressive Pistachio & raspberry layered cake, complete with a raspberry couli insert and raspberry mascarpone crème. 

All ingredients are provided – bring yourself, some friends and laughter and learn to make new and exciting food in the first-rate kitchen facilities of NorthTec’s Apprentice Restaurant!

How to book

  1. Complete the ACE Course Registration form and choose the classes you want to do. You can register for more than one class at once.

  2. Make your payment to secure your place - Fees must be paid in New Zealand Dollars and can be paid online.

Trades Academy Cookery and STAR Tutor

Tracy is a passionate food and wine enthusiast that has spent most of her working life in hospitality. She recently graduated with a Bachelor in Culinary Arts, is a trained pastry chef and has worked for one of NZ’s top wine distributors. Tracy is an avid recipe book collector and loves trying new cuisines. Her spare time is spent spoiling her friends and family with her latest creations, indulging in good wine and hanging out with her super cute puppy!
