Bubble bubble, toil and no trouble… Learn the fundamentals of fermentation.  From kimchi to kombucha! Sauerkraut to Sour Dough! We will go through a step-by-step guide on how to start your journey on this age old technique.

All ingredients are provided – bring yourself, some friends and laughter and learn to make new and exciting food in the first-rate kitchen facilities of NorthTec’s Apprentice Restaurant!

How to book

  1. Complete the ACE Course Registration form for the class you want to do. If you want to register for more than one class, only submit this form ONCE. Once your registration is processed, you will be sent a course selection form to confirm your choices.

  2. Make your payment to secure your place - Fees must be paid in New Zealand Dollars and can be paid online.
