In this lesson we will show you that, by adding fermentation to your culinary skills. How easy it is to have healthy, beneficial, pantry staples on hand to lift your health and wellbeing.
The Drinks – Thursday May 19th 5-9 pm
“From Kefir to Kembucha and Sima to Soda” We will continue our journey to better gut health and explore fermented drinks packed full of probiotics and antioxidants.
The Cheese and Pickle Sandwich – Thursday June 16th 5-9 pm
Here we will ferment all that goes into our sandwich. From the sourdough to the pickles and the cheese in between. Learn the secrets to a perfect sourdough cob, and how to maintain a sourdough bug for years to come.
All ingredients are provided – bring yourself, some friends and laughter and learn to make new and exciting food in the first-rate kitchen facilities of NorthTec’s Apprentice Restaurant!
