All ingredients are provided – bring yourself, some friends and laughter and learn to make new and exciting food in the first-rate kitchen facilities of NorthTec’s Apprentice Restaurant!

How to book

  1. Complete the ACE Course Registration form and choose the classes you want to do. You can register for more than one class at once.

  2. Make your payment to secure your place - Fees must be paid in New Zealand Dollars and can be paid online.
