This course is designed for those who wish to further their barista skills and focus on pattern and etching techniques.

Applicants must have Unit Standards 17284 and 17288 or equivalent industry experience (see Barista Skills course).

Closed toe shoes and full length trousers are to be worn to ensure health and safety requirements are met.
