How to book

  1. Complete the ACE Course Registration form for the class you want to do. If you want to register for more than one class, only submit this form ONCE. Once your registration is processed, you will be sent a course selection form to confirm your choices.

  2. Make your payment to secure your place - Fees must be paid in New Zealand Dollars and can be paid online.

Roger is the Senior Technician at NorthTec responsible for purveying all of our food and equipment in the hospitality department, as well as keeping us all smiling and laughing.  He used to own and operate the Tutukaka Pizzeria after a very successful career as a fine dining chef in the UK.
