About the tutor
Kevin has a long career teaching cookery from beginner to trade certificate level. Kevin began his career training while working for the Forte group in Edinburgh, Scotland and in Newbury, Berkshire. He has worked in restaurants, hotels and in industrial catering before becoming a cookery tutor.
