Want to learn the basics of sauce making?  Learn how to make these tried and true classics, ways to use them and some vibrant fresh sauces as well.

All ingredients are provided – bring yourself, some friends and laughter and learn to make new and exciting food in the first-rate kitchen facilities of NorthTec’s Apprentice Restaurant!

How to book

  1. Complete the ACE Course Registration form for the class you want to do. If you want to register for more than one class, only submit this form ONCE. Once your registration is processed, you will be sent a course selection form to confirm your choices.

  2. Make your payment to secure your place - Fees must be paid in New Zealand Dollars and can be paid online.
