Learn how to cook the more affordable cuts of meat and make them irresistible!  Braising lamb shanks, using a pressure cooker for beef cheeks, and a Chinese style beef brisket.

All ingredients are provided – bring yourself, some friends and laughter and learn to make new and exciting food in the first-rate kitchen facilities of NorthTec’s Apprentice Restaurant!

How to book

  1. Complete the ACE Course Registration form for the class you want to do. If you want to register for more than one class, only submit this form ONCE. Once your registration is processed, you will be sent a course selection form to confirm your choices.

  2. Make your payment to secure your place - Fees must be paid in New Zealand Dollars and can be paid online.
