With 25 years experience as a chef, Noel has worked extensively throughout Auckland with time in Melbourne and has a wide range of knowledge in the kitchen. "My passion is fish & fish cookery, sparked by a ever growing obsession with fishing & spending time on the water - I've even built my own boat"
Noel managed the Culinary Institute of NZ from 2003 to 2013 and has travelled and worked in Rarotonga, before coming to teach at NorthTec in 2015.
