NorthTec is opening its campuses for potential new students to sign up for programmes starting in semester two, which gets under way in July.
Anyone interested in studying locally at tertiary level is encouraged to attend, to find out more about NorthTec programmes and pick up some information. Staff will be available to help visitors enrol and answer any queries they may have.
The main Raumanga, Whangarei campus will be the venue for an open evening from 5 to 7 pm on Thursday, 15 June.
A series of open events are also planned for the NorthTec learning centres in Kaikohe, Rāwene, Kaitaia and Kerikeri, and at the Future Trades campus in Dyer Street, Whangarei.
NorthTec has some exciting new programmes starting in the second semester. These include the New Zealand Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Level 6), New Zealand Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Level 3) and the New Zealand Certificate in Arts and Design (Level 4).
The information sessions will be held on the following dates:
Rāwene - Monday 12 June, 11am – 1pm
Future Trades - Monday 12 June, 1pm – 3pm
Kaitaia - Tuesday 13 June, 11am – 1pm
Kaikohe - Wednesday 14 June, 11am – 1pm
Kerikeri - Thursday 15 June, 11am – 1pm
Raumanga - Thursday 15 June, 5pm – 7pm
