Where To After NCEA Results?

With secondary school students across Northland finding out their NCEA results today, NorthTec enrolment advisors are on hand to help.

Students and parents are encouraged to contact NorthTec for assistance in deciding on future study plans.

Northland’s largest tertiary education provider offers more than 100 programmes at all levels from foundation certificates to degrees. With the first semester of 2016 getting under way in February, it’s not too late to enrol.

For students who have passed their UE, NorthTec gives the option to study one of seven bachelor’s degree programmes while staying close to home.

For those who had hoped to go to university but are disappointed by their NCEA results, NorthTec can help, offering a bridging option which gives a second chance at gaining a university place.

There is also a wide range of practical, hands-on programmes with a strong focus on workforce preparation, ranging from trades, hospitality and the primary industries to science, commerce and the arts.

Whatever their subject or study level, NorthTec students are supported to complete their qualifications successfully and move into further study or employment.

Any students or parents who would like advice following NCEA results can call NorthTec on 0800 162 100. Information about all programmes is also available at www.northtec.ac.nz.
