With the second semester of the tertiary education year getting under way in July, NorthTec is opening its campuses for potential new students to sign up.
The Raumanga, Whangarei campus will be the venue for an open evening from 5 to 7 pm on Wednesday, 22 June. Anyone interested in studying locally at tertiary level is encouraged to attend, to find out more about NorthTec programmes and pick up some information. Staff will be available to help potential students enrol and answer any queries they may have.
A series of open days are also planned for the NorthTec learning centres in Kaikohe, Dargaville, Rāwene, Kaitaia and Kerikeri, and at the Future Trades campus in Dyer Street, Whangarei. The centres will hold a celebration for current students to mark the end of semester one, while also providing information about programmes in semester two.
Members of the pubic are invited to attend to chat with staff, find out about programmes and enrol. Dargaville, Kaitaia and Dyer Street will each host a barbecue, while the other centres will hold a combined info day and health expo.

Dargaville - 15 June, 12 – 2pm
Kaitaia - 16 June, 12 – 2pm
Dyer Street - 21 June, 12 – 2pm
Raumanga - 22 June, 5 – 7pm
Kerikeri - 24 June, 12 – 2pm
