HELP US HELP YOUNG PEOPLE INTO SAFE & HEALTHY HOMES
WHANGAREI YOUTH HOUSING SURVEY OPEN NOW
This project/survey is being led by a range of services
who care about housing for young people: 155 Whare Awhina, Whangarei Youth Space, Te Ora Hou, Ngati Hine Hauora, Pehiaweri Marae, Northland Urban Rural Mission and Mahitahi Hauora. It is also guided by a taitamariki kaitiaki roopu / youth advisory group who have provided advice on the research process and the questions asked.
Key facts about the online survey:
Participants must be 16-24 years old
Participants must live in the Whangarei District
The objective is to identify solutions for youth housing
Youth voice is key to driving this project and selecting solutions.
The questions will be about what housing deprivation looks like for young people in Whangārei.
This is an anonymous survey (you don’t have to give your name) and you can skip questions at any time.
