Guest tickets are allocated to graduands upon registration. Guests will be greeted and signed in by our front of house managers and only the requested number of guests per graduand will be admitted. Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

COVID-19
Measures will be put in place to protect all graduands, guests and staff at Graduation. We will have sanitizing stations throughout the venue, masks available to graduands and guests who would like them, and take all precautions to protect all those in attendance.

Please note that we will only be able to continue with this event if the region is in Alert Level 1. If we are in Alert Level 2 or above we will have to cancel and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Graduation March
At 1pm all graduating students and their whānau are invited to join the graduation march through the central business area. The march will depart from the Rose Gardens.

There will be photographers at the graduation ceremony. Graduation photographs and lists may be used for promotion and advertising.

After your ceremony you may have individual, family and friends photographs taken by the official photographers.
