Mobile Vaccination Clinic - Dyer Street, Whangārei

Working with Northland DHB, we are having Mobile Covid Vaccination Clinics on our campuses, to make it as easy as possible for our NorthTec whānau to access vaccinations.

The first vaccination clinic will be at the Future Trades campus (Dyer Street, Whangārei) on Monday 20 September, from 9.30am to 1.30pm.

The mobile clinic will be in the car park at the front of the building. NorthTec students, staff and whānau members can attend at any time, with no appointments necessary. You do not need to bring anything with you, although if you know your NHI number it is helpful if you can provide it.

The clinic will also be available to the wider community, so feel free to spread the word.

Northland DHB Kaumātua has blessed the mobile clinics and we will hold a Karakia on site at Dyer Street to bless and support the kaupapa on behalf of NorthTec.

Please note that following your vaccination, you will be required to wait for 15 minutes under the supervision of health providers. An area will be set aside for this.

A sausage sizzle will also be provided at lunch time.

NorthTec and Northland DHB will be working together to provide mobile vaccination clinics at as many Northland campuses as possible. Vaccines are currently available to anyone in Aotearoa New Zealand aged 12 and over.
