Te Puna O Te Mātauranga (Māori Studies)

Te Puna O Te Mātauranga has networks with the local Whangārei hapū and their marae, as well as with Ngāti Hine, Ngāti Whātua, and Ngāpuhi Rūnanga.

NorthTec's Te Puna programme has a strong Ngāpuhi focus. We therefore have partnerships with Ngāpuhi experts in the language and culture, whose knowledge and support we have access to. We are therefore able to affiliate our programme even more closely with Ngāpuhi, and we are proud to have similar connections and networks with other tribal groups in the region.
