Enrolling in an ACE Course: 

 

 1.

Downloading and returning the ACE Enrolment Form.

 

 2. Enrolments can also be made by post or fax (using a credit card) and at ‘Enrolments and Enquiries’ or campus administration offices. Office hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm.

If enrolling by post, please return the completed enrolment form enclosing the exact fee.

 5. We accept VISA, Mastercard. EFTPOS is avalaible.

Additional Information for ACE Students

 

Enrolment

Many courses are very popular and fill rapidly, so early enrolment is advised. If a course is full we will advise you and discuss an alternative or offer to wait list you for the following course. If a course is cancelled, you will be advised and your fee returned. Download the enrolment form.

 

Withdrawing Early

If you withdraw prior to the course commencing and require a refund, an adminstration fee may apply. NorthTec cancellation policy may apply. If you withdraw during the course your fee may not be refunded.


If you intend on withdrawing, please advise us early so that your place can be offered to waitlisted people.

 

Parking
Parking is generally available at campuses and community education sites in the regions.

 

Privacy
Your privacy is protected. You may update your personal information held by NorthTec. Information is held for statistical purposes and to notify you of upcoming courses.

 

Contact Details
If you change your contact details please notify us to enable us to contact you should any changes occur with the course you have enrolled in.

 

How do I know when a course is to start?
Check your local newspaper/ newsletter and NorthTec’s website for dates and venues.


Is it possible to run a course for my worksite?
Both ACE and Short Courses can be run from your workplace providing they meet NorthTec requirements.


How many people are there on a course?
There is a minimum number required for all courses to run. Maximum numbers vary depending on equipment and space needs.


How can I make enquiries about a specific course?
Contact the Adult Community Education and Short Course Coordinator or call 0800 162 100.

 

Access to ACE courses for people with disabilities   
In most cases NorthTec courses can take place at a venue to suit the group involved. NorthTec campuses and learning centres have access facilities for people requiring them. Disability support services may also be available.
