Ying Zhang (Lucy) - PR China
In China, Ying Zhang (Lucy) worked for a computer company for a year after completing her Diploma in Accounting. "Accounting was not the career for me though and I was looking for a change" she says.
Lucy chose to study English at NorthTec because she wanted to concentrate on her studies and felt she would be able to do this much better in a smaller, quieter city. In her spare time Lucy played tennis and went swimming. She also enjoyed going to the movies at the local cinema.
After successfully completing her IELTS examinations, Lucy was accepted into Auckland University where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce. One day she would like to start her own business in the restaurant industry.
