Overview
This programme aims to provide students with the safety skills required by industry.

Content
Graduates will be able to:
- Implement basic safety standards
- Discuss personal safety equipment requirements
- Apply Hazard identification in a range of work places
- Implement occupational health and safety practices in specialist areas.

Admission Information
Applicants must be 16 years of age or older on the 1st of January in the year that the student enrols, unless approved otherwise by the Programme Leader.
Students must be able to demonstrate evidence of suitability based on interview and/or portfolio.
Applicants for whom English is not their first language require a minimum IELTS score of 5.5.
