NorthTec Student Council provides a voice for the student body and aims to highlight key issues affecting students.

The Student Council can work to suggest solutions to these issues and lobby for change within NorthTec or the wider community.

The Student Council needs people who are passionate about student issues and have the motivation to affect change.

Training will be provided and you will gain useful skills in team-building, leadership, communication and experience the chance to co-ordinate projects or campaigns – great attributes to put on your CV!

Student Council meets fortnightly and will share regular catered events with the Student Mentor Team.
